After Sunday's shopping segment I went to Staples & found a Brother Laser Wireless Printer at a good price. To install the drivers I need to answer a question about my Net Gear Router's "Authentication Method". I have the WEP encryption key but can't find anything that tells me what the Authentication Method is.
The Inet IP address says "get dynamically" & Domain name is "get automatically" & the router MAC address is "use default".
Any help, Spence? _________________ Bill in Raleigh |

One of these, the way the router is set up: Open, Shared Key, or Auto. _________________ Amnon |

Thanks.
For someone to get on my network I must give them the WEP key for their machine. After that, I assume it is Automatic but don't find any thing in the Net Gear documents which says that. _________________ Bill in Raleigh |
